An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Marketing Manager to join our Craigieburn Central, Centre Management team. This is a full time, permanent position which will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.

**What will you be doing?**

As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the implementation and execution of the Marketing plan for the year ahead. You’ll also have the opportunity to focus on retailer relations and support. You’ll be responsible for reporting and analysis including the development of the operational marketing plan reflective of asset business plan; sales forecasting; sales and traffic analysis and contribution to asset reports. You’ll also focus on campaign development, stakeholder and public relations, and planning and execution of events and activations to promote the centre.

**We’d love to hear from you if**:

- You have relevant tertiary qualifications supported by extensive experience in a similar role within the Retail or Creative space
- You have strong experience in people and stakeholder management
- You’ve got experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, and preparation of copywriting and collateral
- Experience in working with creative agencies to produce creative elements and successfully coordinating/executing consumer events will be highly desirable
- Fast-paced environments are something you thrive in
- You enjoy using data and insights to make decisions
- You’ve got the ability to think strategically, whilst being comfortable being hands on
- You take ownership for business outcomes and opportunities
- You’re a collaborative team player with great organisational and communication skills
