**The Position**
- We are looking for a_ full time **Reliability (Maintenance) Manager - Beverages **to join our Manufacturing Reliability team at our Berkeley Vale, Central Coast manufacturing site. The main purpose of the role is to coordinate and manage maintenance activities within the Beverages Department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise daily maintenance work in the Beverages Maintenance Team.
- Oversees a three-shift operational maintenance team.
- Provide regular communication and high-level customer support to the Beverages Production team.
- Act as an escalation point for major breakdowns and troubleshoot.
- Ensure department operates within budgets and delivers reliability results.
- Ensures that beverages maintenance technicians are adequately motivated and supported.
- Promotes a safe working environment.
- Conduct strategic reviews of operations to minimise unplanned breakdowns and identify opportunities for improvement.

**The Person**
- Relevant trade or engineering qualification.
- Ideally minimum 5 years industry experience in beverages or food manufacturing.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience leading maintenance teams and optimising maintenance operations.
- Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
