Cafe Manager

GIRLDLERS - DEE WHY is looking for a full time Café / Restaurant Manager. Being part of GIRDLERS TEAM means that you will be part of a fun, challenging and exciting work environment. Means also that you are expected to maintain and improve the company standards in every aspect.

As our Café/ Restaurant Manager you will lead by the example, inspire your team, help everyone to improve their skills and ensure daily operations run smooth while you are preparing every single detail for our main gig: the weekends

Some of the duties:

- Ensure a correct and smooth operation of the store.
- Discuss and plan menu with Chef / Cook
- Implement and improve working systems.
- Make sure the store delivers an outstanding customer service experience, resolve customer complaint
- Recruit and train the members of your team.
- Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
- Ensure the store meet the highest health and safety standards.
- Monitor deliveries, inventory and orders.
- Ensuring that all expenses are within budget and identifying ways to decrease operational costs
- Ensure all food is presented and served in line with the company standards.
- Attend to all mandatory courses and meetings as required.
- Maintain daily communications and generate weekly reports to Operations and General Manager

A must:

- Have a good understanding of healthy food and beverage preparation.
- At least three years of experience in hospitality and minimum two years in a similar role.
- Previously worked with seasonal menus.
