**About the role at Optiver**

As a Graduate Quantitative Researcher, you’ll kickstart the first four weeks of your training program in our head office in Amsterdam, alongside global peers. Then, you'll return to Sydney and join one of our Research teams, where you’ll put your knowledge into practice and work on entrepreneurial projects that create an immediate impact.

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Financial and Market Analysis - Conduct financial analysis and market research to inform investment and capital allocation decisions
- Client/Investor Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Financial Modeling - Analyze data to create financial models that support planning and projections
