**The Opportunity**:
To deliver a high standard of park presentation within the grounds of VRTP properties whilst enhancing the aesthetics of the grounds, ensuring the safety of the general public and VRTP team members.

**Your day to day**:

- The use and maintenance of various vehicles, tools and machinery on a regular basis for concreting, landscaping and maintenance of grounds.
- Be able to perform a broad range of hard and soft landscaping to a high standard ranging from design to finish.
- Able to work with a variety of concrete finishes and associated products.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Current manual Drivers licence - QLD
- Licences/Qualifications (highly regarded): Forklift & MR Licence
- Licences/Qualifications (highly regarded): Bobcat, Backhoe & Front End Loader
