Our key client is experiencing growth and needs several Implementation Consultants to help Insurance Providers access more markets through their distribution platform.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Customer-facing project role responsible for the implementation of the customer’s requirements within the company’s distribution platform.
- Gathering and understanding customer requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical/functional requirements
- Design and implement insurance products and claims data models
- Build user interfaces and user journeys
- SQL queries
- Use their configuration tools to deliver an appropriate solution including data models, document templates, business rules, financial calculations, and workflows.
- Act as the face of the business

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree qualified or equivalent commercial experience.
- 3-5+ years’ experience within an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant position (Business or Technical background).
- Experience in creating a range of documentation including business requirements, process maps and technical specifications.
- An understanding of database structures and SQL
- Experience with data models, document templates, business rules, financial calculations, and workflows. Have a logical rules-based mind-set.
- Commercial experience working in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
- Experience working with and configuration of large and/or complex software packages.
- A thorough understanding of the full software development project life-cycle.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, and strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience in General Insurance relating to Policy and/or Claims functions will be highly regarded.
