We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Lead to join our client.

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of the product strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.

With the company about to embark on their Series A funding this is the last chance to get involved & take a slice of equity.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy Development**: Develop and refine the product strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- **Product Roadmap Planning**: Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap to guide the development process.
- **Product Development Oversight**: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to drive the development process from conception to launch. Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- **Go-to-Market Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
- **Team Leadership and Development**: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
- **Performance Tracking and Analysis**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor and analyze product performance data, gathering insights to inform future decisions and optimizations.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, product managers, engineers, marketers, and sales teams. Collaborate effectively to drive alignment and execution on product initiatives.
