Applications are sought for the part-time fixed term (0.40 FTE) Education Support Employee position of **College Accounts Payable Assistant **for the period 22 January 2025 until 19 December 2025.

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**

The College Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for ensuring the collection and allocation of College income is performed in an efficient and accurate manner.

This position requires a high level of confidentiality dealing with sensitive family financial information. The College Accounts Receivable Officer is required to be calm, polite and show compassion whilst remaining vigilant in the collection process and is an integral member of the College Finance Team.

The College Accounts Receivable Officer is under the direction Director of Finance and reports directly to the Assistant Business Manager.

**MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**

The major areas of responsibility of the College Accounts Receivable Officer include but are not limited to:

- collection and entering of debtor data;
- negotiation and discussion with families as to debt;
- providing timely and accurate reports;
- performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team..

**SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $77,432.00 - 87,736.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.**
