**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:2 x 1.0 EFT (full-time).
**Location**:Chadstone, Moorabbin and Waverley campuses - onsite parking.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing employment of contract with a 6-month qualifying period.

Holmesglen Vocational College offers a supportive environment where secondary students can complete their Years 11 and 12 through the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM).

**About the Role**

We are seeking three compassionate, dedicated and qualified teachers to join our team at Holmesglen Vocational College. In this role, you will:

- Develop differentiated learning materials to meet the needs of diverse students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
- Prepare students for future study and employment opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Four-year teaching degree or postgraduate qualification with current VIT registration.
- Compassionate approach supported by strong classroom management and relationship-building skills.
- Sound knowledge and/or practical experience in trauma-informed practice and inclusive pedagogies.
- Proven capability to engage and teach both junior and senior secondary students.
- Committed to fostering inclusive, respectful, and supportive learning environments.
- Skilled in designing and delivering tailored learning materials for youth-focused programs.
- Collaborative, student-centred teaching style with a focus on individual learning needs.
