**SELECTION CRITERIA**

**The successful applicant will demonstrate evidence of**:
**1. Strong understanding of and commitment to the College’s Catholic and Salesian ethos.**

**2. Strong knowledge and understanding of Child Safety legislation and responsibilities.**

**3. Recognised expertise as a music tutor in one or more instruments, including instrument category.**

**4. Capacity to engage with students in quality learning experiences and maintain sound student **management practices.**

**5. Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively.**
