**Accounts Payable Officer**
- **6 month contract with possible extension**:

- **Brisbane CBD location**

**As the Accounts Payable Officer, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide accurate, timely and quality accounts payable administrative support service operations.
- Sound understanding of accounts payable processes and the various administrative and financial functions including expense vouchers (GPEV) credit card, supplier account payable updates and supplier maintenance within the accounts payable records SAP systems.
- Provide research and assistance, support and guidance to staff and compile or generate reports as required relating to AP expenditure.
- Undertake and support operational duties which may include cover during emergencies and disasters if necessary.
- Good knowledge and previous exposure to account payable processes using SAP system.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy with figures and matching accounts for settlement.
- Ability to work independently or as a team to achieve results.
- Maintain positive and effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Role Requirements**:

- Demonstratable skills in SAP Accounts Payable Modules.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Teams.
- Accounts payable processes and systems.
