**About The Role**:
We are in the hunt for
**Sales professionals** with strong tenure in inbound/outbound sales. We also have
**entry level Sale **roles for those keen to cut their teeth in inbound or outbound sales.

Our Health Insurance Advisors offer a comparative service to clients, assisting them in choosing the best health insurance plan for their needs and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Directing requirements examination through compelling inquiries and giving the most reasonable items to our clients.
- Building rapport to recognise our clients and making sure an excellent consumer experience
- You are resilient with the capacity to take various consecutive calls
- Conducting wishes evaluation thru powerful questions and presenting the maximum appropriate merchandise to our clients.
- Create price with the aid of using highlighting functions and benefits, precise services, and assorted product options.
- Fund product comparisons.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience with a contact centre or a call centre is desirable.
- Previous experience selling insurance or similar products is a plus.
- You like being a crucial member of a high-performing team because you are highly involved and collaborative.
- Strong commitment to reaching and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Problem-solving skills and the capacity to assist customers in making well-informed decisions.
- You must have good learning agility.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
