Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
We are currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to partner with a 18-year-old female participant based in Casino, NSW. Our participant has sustained a spinal cord injury which has resulted in the loss of lower limb & some upper limb movement.

This role is on a casual on-going basis and looking to start as soon as possible.

Our participant requires support from Monday to Sunday on the below times (please note: flexibility with shifts is required as shift times may be altered slightly depending on participant's needs).

**Shift available: Monday to Sunday**
- Dayshift: 0600-1000 and 1000-1500
- Afternoon: 1800-2200
- Inactive Sleepover: 2200-0600

**Pay Rates**:

- Day - $40.00 per hour
- Afternoon - $44.00 per hour
- Saturday - $56.00 per hour
- Sunday - $72.00 per hour
- In-active overnight shift allowance - $145.49 fixed rate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with bowel therapy (administering enema and digital stimulation)
- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Community access + rehab appointments
- Hoisting (full hoist/sling hoist)
- Assistance with personal care
- Completing skin checks
- Prompting Medication

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
- NDIS Effective Communication Module
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current NDIS Worker Screen check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current WWCC
