**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Casual Childcare Workers to join our casual team. As a Casual Childcare Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of childcare centres across NSW, gaining valuable experience, and contributing to the growth and development of young minds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor children's well-being and respond to their needs promptly.
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards
- Genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their growth.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work across different childcare centres and adapt to various environments.
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain.
