- Prior experience in disability sector..
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a safe environment
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working in industry
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in aged care, disability or related fields are desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid First Aid Certification.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
