The Organisational Development Lead will play a key role in the success of our People and Culture transformation. Critical to success is the ability to our people experience at the centre of everything we do. Supported by the L&D Consultant, the OD Lead will provide thought leadership and hands on solution design for strategic programs and initiatives including employee experience, engagement and listening, employee resource groups, wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development.
**A bit about the Job**:
- You’ll lead the development and implementation of group-wide strategies and initiatives aligned to the People and Culture transformation agenda
- You’ll continuously improve the end-to-end employee experience, providing insight on market trends and best practice along with design objectives to guide process and policy changes
- You’ll design and implement inclusive work practices and policies in collaboration with the People and Culture team
- You’ll develop and plan for learning and development solutions, including training needs analysis, design and facilitation of learning programs (virtual and face-to-face)
- You’ll identify creative ways to drive people development through non-traditional mechanisms
