**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Field Planning Specialist to join the growing Field sales team. Your role will be to create, maintain, and drive ongoing analysis of the quarterly cycle plan that drives the priorities the Field Sales team execute for each category and customer within the Impulse channel.

**A day in the life of...**

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Deliver a quarterly field sales cycle plan aligned to capacity and business priorities.
- Monitor and report results by week against the cycle plan deliverables (xcel).
- Co-ordinate feedback by big bet activity during each execution and communicate to key stake holders within the business.
- Engage with State Field Sales Managers throughout cycle-on-cycle activity and action all feedback/requests.
- Creation and Distribution of presentations - cycle meetings and customer engagement meetings are 2 examples.
- Collaborate with Category, Customer and Supply Chain teams to deliver to support working on best-in-class execution.
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including NMLP, TS, Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, IC3, Safety and local regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely communication.
- Reconciliation of results against the agreed plan (Xcel reporting / Power Bi).
- Weekly reporting of results against cycle plan targets (Pre-sells, Compliance, Displays).
- Timely and accurate feedback reports including feedback from State Field Sales Managers operations team and associated cost/sales value.
- Facilitation of weekly meetings review with customer business managers and field representatives.
- Engagement deck to be distributed to Operations manager each Quarter.
- Ensuring timeliness of reporting and;
- Support to the National Field Sales Manager

**What will make you successful**
- Relevant qualifications such as bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven experience in a similar role in FMCG or Supply Chain organisation.
- You will have a sound knowledge across Microsoft Suites such as Excel/Power BI
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are vital as you develop working partnerships with stakeholders at different levels in the organisation.
