The **Tasmanian Walking Company** are proudly Tasmanian and have been walking for over 30 years, delivering unique experiences that connect guests to some of Tasmania's most remote, wild, and special places. Our history and reputation will be with you every step of the way.

We are seeking two exceptional Returns Host to join our team casually for the upcoming 22/23 season. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth departure and return of guests, through the maintenance of gear, walker’s base facilities and coordinating with the Operations Coordinator to ensure we’re well stocked. This role will involve roughly 15 hours of work a week, working between 2:30pm-7:30pm.

The right individuals will have hospitality experience, and be passionate about creating connection between people and place. The role will be offered from the 27th August onwards for our season through till May. You will be supported by Guides and work closely with the Operations Coordinators.
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Be flexible with working arrangements as after hours and weekend work is required
- Food Handling Level II (able to attain within first month of employment)
- Have proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Able to operate in a close team environment
- Have good bush walking experience and knowledge of the National Parks the walks are situated in
- Cleaning experience (desirable)
