**What **you’ll** do**

The Solution Preparation Technicians is responsible for playing a critical role for our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing components for batch dispensing operation.
- Dispensing of raw material for batch manufacture
- Following GMP protocols and standard operating procedures
- Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and other teams to solve technical problems and work on process improvements

**Essential for the role**
- Demonstrated experience working in a regulated and similar environment
- Clear understanding of safety and GMP is in the workplace.
- Strong attention to details, particularly with accurate weighing and measurement of materials, following precise documentation requirements and physical capability to safely handle materials and equipment
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in an agile and
- flexible team
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ideally in dispensing operation and raw material handling would be advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of SAP warehouse and material management systems for batch dispensing workflows
- ** Desirables for the role**
- Knowledge of clean room operations and gowning procedures
- Understanding of material segregation and cross-contamination prevention practices
- Familiarity with GMP documentation requirements and weighing equipment
