**Production Operator & QA Officer**

**Location**: Ravenhall, VIC
**Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, On-site)

We are a growing **Australian food manufacturer** based in Ravenhall.
We’re looking for a **hands-on operator with a strong English background** who understands **HACCP**, **Food Safety Plans**, and can **train and lead production staff**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor pet food production lines
- Inspect and test raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and PrimeSafe standards
- Train and supervise staff to maintain quality and hygiene
- Record QA data and assist in process improvement

**Requirements**:

- **English background (native or fluent)** — must be confident in communication, documentation, and staff training
- Please indicate your background (Examples: England, Vietnam)
- Must be able to work **on-site in Ravenhall, VIC**:

- Experience in **food or food manufacturing** preferred
- Familiar with **HACCP and Food Safety Plans**:

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Chinese or Vietnamese language skills are a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
