**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Planning and Execution**: Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to drive growth across both local and national campaigns.
- **SEO Audits and Insights**: Conduct in-depth SEO audits, providing presentation-quality analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive, multi-channel approach for clients.
- **Team Management**: Oversee the SEO team’s progress, ensuring deliverables and campaign plans are on track. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- **Keyword Research and Technical SEO**: Drive keyword research and technical implementation to boost client visibility.
- **Content Strategy and Link Acquisition**: Manage content creation, distribution, outreach, and link acquisition to improve search rankings.
- **Reporting and Client Insights**: Provide clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and growth.
- **Team Growth and Development**: Manage and mentor the internal SEO team, helping to shape and evolve our overall SEO offerings.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Share your SEO expertise with the wider team to build collective knowledge and improve results across the agency.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Lead and execute successful SEO campaigns that drive measurable client results.
- Ensure SEO team is aligned with project deadlines and deliverables.
- Support team growth and development through leadership and mentoring.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of SEO experience in an agency environment.
- 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and off-page).
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, AHrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Proficiency with various CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- A commitment to staying updated on SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering successful SEO results for clients.
