**About the role**

This is an exciting new role to work as part of the DigiCARE rollout team as HammondCare moves to an electronic care and medication management system.

The role will be responsible for facilitating face-to-face training at each HammondCare location on the electronic care and medication management system, Leecare.

**This role is offered on a 12 months contract (or secondment) at a full-time basis and will require travel to sites to train staff on-site and in-person.**

**Key responsibilities**
- To provide training of the Leecare system to all users during data migration and the training period and in line with the system rollout plan. The role will be required to travel to HammondCare residential care sites and services to provide onsite training.
- Responsible for creating and developing ongoing learning materials for Leecare available to Residential Care staff

**Skills and experience**
- Significant practical experience in a training/mentoring role
- Strong understanding of HammondCare residential care systems
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team
- Empathy and patience
- Commitment to facilitation of lifelong learning for self and others
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and MS Teams)
