**The opportunity**

The RTO (Registered Training Organisation) Support Officer ensures the quality and compliant administration of national recognised training to its staff and delivers a positive student experience.

**_ This is a permanent full-time position based at Hammondville with working from home flexibility._**

**What you’ll be doing**
- All administration duties in relation to Student enrolment; LLN (Language, Literacy & Numeracy); Student Management System & Leaner Management system; Courses; Assessment validation coordination & Traineeship & funding
- Non-academic student support
- Assessment allocation
- Issuing certificates
- Data reporting
- RTO compliance activities

**Who are you?**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- A minimum of 3 year’s demonstrated experience in a busy administration role with a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Empathy and patience
- Experience working in a RTO in Student support etc and understanding of RTO Standard 2015 desirable
