We are looking for a motivated individual with a history of working with startups. You will be working with our client a global IT organisation to build and manage relationships with developers and startups globally. You will be responsible for creating a two-way channel for product messaging, feedback, and adoption. Developers and community influencers play an important role in the scaling of awareness and education for our client’s developer products, while also finding other creative ways to increase community engagement.

**Description**

As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful operation and execution of our client’s AI Accelerator and Demo programs. You will coordinate and execute these programs along with other initiatives for the communities with guidance from a Program Manager.

You are expected to be proficient in organizing online as well as offline events, project management, stakeholder management, and be passionate about startups.

**Responsibilities**

Work with Ecosystem team and internal cross-functional teams by executing these programs and other relevant initiatives

Make data-driven decisions, collect feedback, prepare and present insights and results to the Ecosystem team.

Coordinate and execute both online and offline outreach, educating startups on our client’s offerings and activities. This includes but is not limited to planning and xecuting events, meetups, workshops pertaining to the programs and being responsible for relevant content, blogs, and social networking channels if required.

Comfortable with flexible working hours including extended work hours or weekends based on project needs.

**Minimum Qualifications**

Higher Diploma in Business/IT/Computer Studies; or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline; or equivalent Startup practical experience.

3+ years program or project management experience with excellent coordination and communication skills;
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**

Experience in directly working with startups and Accelerators in Australia

Experience working with remote teams and different time zones.

Experience with organizing events and workshops, meetings, hosting, presenting or public speaking.

Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.

**Salary**: $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pyrmont, NSW 2009
