**What you will be responsible for**:

- Leading a team of up to 10 team members.
- Overseeing Vulcan’s Health & Safety culture is followed by all team members
- Assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members
- Supervise the operational activities within the warehouse
- Assisting with Operate ring CNC Machinery. Saws, Laser, and Plasma
- Resolving daily operational issues
- Ensuring timely & accurate shift information where important is communicated to incoming shifts.
- Making suggestions for increased efficiency while not compromising safety
- Assisting with general Warehouse storeman responsibilities
- Customer order picking
- This is a hands-on role where you will be asked to lead by example

**Requirements**:

- Afternoon shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm)
- Computer skills
- Good understanding of H&S compliance and best practices
- Forklift license (Essential)
- Ability to work confidently under pressure

**Preferred experience**
- Prior experience in leading a busy warehouse environment.
- Previous experience running CNC Machinery.
- Previous experience in a steel handling environment.
