**Practice Manager - Critical Care & Outpatients**:

Noosa Private Hospital is seeking an experienced and proactive **Practice Manager** to lead the administration services across our **Critical Care (ED and ICU)** and **Outpatients Consulting Suites**.

This is a pivotal role that combines people leadership, operational coordination, and process improvement across key hospital services. You will manage a team of administrative staff across both areas and work closely with the Hospital Administration Manager and clinical leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Leading and supporting the administrative teams in Emergency, ICU, and Outpatient Clinics.
- Coordinating medical rosters for employed and contract doctors, including onboarding, scheduling, and supporting junior doctor coverage.
- Overseeing consulting suite operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for patients and doctors.
- Managing billing accuracy, revenue protection, and claims processes.
- Driving continuous improvement in administrative workflows, booking systems, and clinic flow.
- Collaborating with senior clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support service delivery aligned with the Ramsay Way.

**Your Essential Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated office management experience, ideally with private health/hospital experience
- Proven experienced managing a busy multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional people skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to efficiently prioritise
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office programs

**Desirable**
- Qualification in Administration, management or Health Services disciplines will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of health fund contracting system
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
- Experience with IBA, Meditech or similar patient administration software
