**Rate: $37-$40/hour + Super**

**Contract: Temp Assignment**

**Hours: Part-time, 22 hours per week**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Safety and Training Coordinator to join the team

**Your new role**

In this position, you will be responsible for:

- Coordination of on-boarding for new employees
- General administration duties
- Provide administrative support to broader teams when required
- Develop and update online modules as well as ensuring records are accurate
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule training as required and procure new training providers
- Identify potential improvements within the administration and training process

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ability to learn and utilise a range of software packages and online platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Exceptional presentation and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Qualification or previous experience within a training function
