The position offers the flexibility of casual hours with the potential for part/full-time work, allowing you to take control of your roster and work when it suits you best.
- Wages paid on a FORTNIGHTLY basis.
- Casual role with potential for full-time hours

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Disability Work or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in disability support work.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to provide person-centered care and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
