This role will from from the Preston office ,Wurundjeri country with hyrbid working arrangements available. This is a mixture of three office days and two days working from home.

- Base salary $97k, plus super and salary packaging
**Your Opportunity**
The Transitional Youth Support Service (TYSS) is an assertive outreach program for young people aged between 16-25 years who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. TYSS supports young people to strengthen their independence by providing support to achieve long term housing goals, build on living skills and links to community during tenancies in transitional accommodation or via outreach in a community context.
As the Case Manager in the TYSS team you will support young people who are transitioning in and out of the program as required and work collaboratively with the broader team to provide a high standard service delivery to homeless or at risk of homelessness young people.
**Your skills and experience**
We are looking for an experienced case manager that can provide a high level of support and case management to young people experiencing homelessness. You will have a passion for making a change and improving the living standards for young people who are experiencing homelessness.
