MBM is a national independent Australian owned property consultancy specialising in Quantity Surveying, PPP, FM and Asset Management Advisory services, Tax Depreciation and Asset and Building Consulting.

Due to continued growth MBM is currently seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor for our Melbourne office with the following core qualities and skills
- Managing and overseeing multiple client engagements
- Sector experience in Education, Health, Hospitals, Universities, etc
- Ensuring the profitability of engagements undertaken by your team
- Manage circa $500k - $1million worth of projects
- Undertaking Business Development activities including preparing fee proposals
- Ensuring that all work is correctly invoiced, and all Aged Receivables are proactively managed
- Previous experience that shows capability to immediately start work on projects, including Government panel requirements
- Representing and promoting MBM in the market
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, experience with business development and team management
