**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and determine software and hardware requirements to address technical issues and provide tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems, including security-related concerns, for a wide range of systems
- Adapt and modify existing programs or systems to meet specific user needs, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance
- Install, configure, and update software and security software to safeguard systems and data
- Support the implementation and maintenance of secure computer networks, ensuring reliable and safe connectivity
- Repair, replace, and maintain peripheral equipment, ensuring all components function correctly
- Assist with security hardware, ensuring it’s properly integrated and maintained to prevent unauthorized access and vulnerabilities

**Qualifications**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and security systems
- Knowledge of computer networks, security protocols, and peripheral equipment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to users
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: $75,000 to $85,000 annually

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cheltenham VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- technical hardware: 3 years (required)
