To support our continued growth, we’re excited to be recruiting two People & Culture Business Partners to join our team. These roles will primarily support our Victorian residences, with flexibility to provide backup support to other states.

In these roles, you’ll do more than advise—you’ll coach and empower managers to handle people matters with confidence and care. By driving early intervention and resolution in relation to conduct, performance and change management, and other people matters, you will help foster a positive, high-performing workplace while ensuring Arcare manages workforce risk lawfully, fairly, and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Experience in a similar People & Culture or Human Resources role (experience in aged care is desirable but not essential)
- Qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Strong coaching and influencing skills to build leadership capability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, working with managers, unions, and frontline clinical and aged care workers
- Ability to travel and provide onsite support to Arcare residences across Victoria and remotely support interstate teams
