**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage and streamline the data exchange process between our Guardhouse CRM and DEX. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update data in both Guardhouse CRM and DEX systems.
- Verify data integrity and correct discrepancies to maintain high-quality records.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data mapping documents.
- Monitor data transfers and generate reports to ensure compliance with data standards.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data exchange.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or data management roles, preferably with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Guardhouse CRM and DEX is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
