**Our Family**:

- We're a warm, respectful family based in St Leonards looking for a caring, experienced nanny to support our 7-month-old daughter while I work from home. We're a 30-year-old couple, both in busy and high-performing careers that require our attention. That said, ever since our baby girl arrived, we've been doing everything we can to juggle work and parenthood as best as we can. Our daughter is a bright, curious, early learner - already very mobile - and we're seeking someone who can nurture her development and stay attuned to her cues and needs. Our parenting style is grounded in empathy, responsiveness, and following our child's lead. We believe in creating a nurturing space where she feels safe to explore, express, and grow at her own pace. We are looking for someone who shares this warmth and intentionality, and who will care for her with the same empathy and love.

**Your Duties**:

- Your Role Will Include:

- Providing attentive, responsive care throughout the day
- Engaging our baby with age-appropriate, sensory-rich play that supports her mobility and curiosity
- Reading, singing, and interacting without screen time
- Maintaining her nap, feed, and play routines
- Preparing and feeding solids and bottles
- Baby-related housekeeping: washing baby laundry, tidying toys, and organising her closet
- Keeping all baby areas safe and clean - our daughter picks up and mouths everything, so awareness and active supervision are crucial

- We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Has solid experience caring for babies under 1 year
- Is empathetic, calm, and emotionally attuned to an infant's needs
- Believes in child-led development and respectful caregiving (Montessori-aligned preferred)
- Is proactive and safety-conscious in a mobile baby's environment
- Holds a valid Working With Children Check (required)
- Has current First Aid & CPR training (preferred)
- Is fully vaccinated (including flu and COVID boosters)
- Keeps things tidy and organised
- Speaks English fluently - a second language would be a wonderful bonus
- Is looking for a long-term role and to grow with our family
