ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have exciting opportunities for housekeepers across 4 Villages working 14:7 rosters (14 days on, 7 days off).

**The Position**

We have exciting permanent Kitchen Hand roles available across various our BMA Villages in Moranbah on a drive-in/drive-out or bus-in/bus-out basis (from Mackay) on a 14/7 roster allowing for work/life balance.

It is an exciting time to join us as we finish this year with a bang by rolling out a brand new menu scope across our BMA villages and are seeking to expand our teams as a result

This role is physically demanding and requires you to have the ability to work 10 hour days on your feet.

You will play a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of high quality and efficient food services to our residents staying on-site.

Your tasks will include assisting our Chefs with food preparation, cleaning and washing up the kitchen area and equipment, maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment, assisting with restock and stock rotation, loading and unloading of supplies, partaking in stocktake and any other ad hoc tasks as required.

**The Person**
- Hospitality back of house experience preferred but willing to train new entrants
- Ability to work long shifts (10 hour days) in a fast-paced environment
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously when required
- Physically fit and able to stand on their feet for up to 10 hours per day
