**Role Purpose**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cargo Supervisor - Thai Airways to work solely for our client airlines, Thai Airways. We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who is not afraid to manage a small team.

**Main accountabilities include**:
In addition to other duties listed on the Job Description:

- Coordinate with customers and GHA, fostering good relationships.
- Provide operational and sales support to TG cargo office.
- Ensure compliance of shipments with formalities, liaising with agents and shippers.
- Manage cargo reservations, tracing, and loading/unloading requirements with GHA.
- Supervise GHA activities to meet TG and local authority requirements.
- Procure and distribute company supplies, reconcile invoices, and verify settlements.
- Assist SYD Controller in operational matters, ULD stock control, and SSA issuance.

**Qualifications and Experience**
In addition to other duties listed on the Job Description:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of operating procedures, requirements, and systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure, collaborate effectively in a team, and maintain security and dangerous goods awareness.
