Voice and Data Team Lead

A key responsibility is to support the network voice and data team members, providing technical guidance and expertise to help them achieve their goals, as well as career development and day to day people support. You will work with the community and other leaders as you help understand customer needs, feature requests and team priorities. You are outcome focused with a drive to build the best experiences for your customers. You thrive in an environment of change and innovation while bringing to bear your strengths and experience.
Responsibilities include;
- Work in collaboration with other teams to deliver new features
- Create a culture of high performance via coaching and development
- Contribute to the delivery of the Technology Operations strategy
- Maintain network availability and performance across all systems
- Focus on the design, development and support of the network
- Resolve the most challenging problems, to deliver critical projects
- Update and maintain documentation
- High level of experience in Network fault analysis and diagnostics
- Proven track record of leading a team
- Network deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Maintain SLA with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledgeable on security best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great WAN, SD-WAN and DR knowledge
- Good relationship building experience
