**NDIS Case Manager/ Support Coordinator**

**About you**

You a natural passion for assisting people, and willing to make a positive impact on someone’s life.

You have excellent customer service skills, be able to establish connections, build rapports, sustain relationships, and maintain customer’s satisfaction through utilising active listening, questioning, empathy, and professionalism is just how you do business.

You are an individual with a strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using a creative and sustainable approach when dealing with complex conversations and situations to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

You have a strong teamwork skill and can adapt your approach to work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients and team members which is considered essential to succeeding in this position.

As well as you have administrative and self
- management skills, including managing your time and working toward deadlines and look for solutions professionally with calm, taking initiatives while holding yourself responsible accountable for your actions.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience and adequate knowledge of the NDIS case manager position is an advantage
- Background experiences as a social worker or client care
- Qualifications in community services or related discipline
- Valid driving license
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate
- Entitlement to work in Australia

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
