**About the Role**
You’ll lead process improvements, foster collaboration across internal departments, Councillors, government agencies, and the development industry, and engage closely with the Baw Baw community.
We’re seeking a qualified planner who is more than just a technical expert; someone who is a problem solver, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team player with the vision to see the bigger picture.
