**The role**:
As the Data Analyst, you will Liaise with customers to investigate data and information needs and provide expert advice and guidance to align with best practice.

**Duties include**:

- Design, develop, deliver and maintain reports, dashboards, insights, and visualisation assets as required for the service.
- Provide expert ad-hoc data analysis services utilising large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets with a variety of analytic tools.
- Provide guidance and review of data products to ensure quality and compliance with architectural and governance requirements.
- Maintain and manage effective working relationships and engage with third parties to support and continually improve functionality in data services

Are you right for this role?
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate your ability to develop and promote ITIL Service management processes, as well as displaying a high level of expertise and experience in one or more of the following:

- Data visulisation tools, such as: Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, D3.js, R packages, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Hana, and Qlik
- Data manipulation tools, such as: SQL, R, Python and Alteryx)
- Databases, such as MS SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA

Additionally, you enjoy a challenge and are capable of confident and effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including employees, supervisors, and peers.

Participating in on-call arrangements may be required for this position, appropriate remuneration under the award will apply.
