An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our team in a Full Time Capacity as the PA to the Chief Food and Beverage Officer
This position works closely with the Chief Food and Beverage Officer to ensure the smooth functioning of all their daily activities and to ensure a customer-focused, responsive and professional service is provided at all times.
This position requires a highly organised, capable professional who is flexible and able to respond quickly to changing circumstances and prioritise. In addition to being highly skilled in the administrative area, you’ll need highly developed relationship and influencing skills and be able to work in a collaborative way with staff across the business and liaise with a variety of external companies. Strong communication skills are required, both written and oral, along with exceptional attention to detail.
**Duties may include -**
- Diarize & management of all internal and external appointments for the Chief Food and Beverage Officer and communicate on behalf of the Chief Food and Beverage Officer when absent or is unavailable.
- Provide a full range of administrative support services including filing and records management; mail; photocopying; report writing and minute taking.
- Assist with Food and Beverage team rosters and leave tracking.
- Assist with collating timesheets for the Food and Beverage department ensuring the information is accurate and signed off by the Chief Food and Beverage Officer before forwarding on to the payroll department.
- Collect and disseminate information in a timely and accurate manner on behalf of the Chief Food and Beverage Officer ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and probity.
- Assist the Chief Food and Beverage Officer in managing and coordinating all supplier relationships and key strategic partnerships.
- Assist the Chief Food and Beverage Officer with tasks in planning and overseeing tasks associated with key monthly and annual events such as Functions, menu launches, promotional events etc.
- Assist the Food and Beverage team during weddings, functions and special events.
- Evaluate and continually update current administrative and resourcing systems as necessary.
- Assist with invoices and raising purchase orders for the Food and Beverage Department.
**Essential requirements -**
- Current First Aid qualification
- Hold current Driver’s Licence
- Available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods
- Computer Literacy
- Professional Discretion
- Knowledge of industry and sector
- Ability to deal with people whilst withholding maturity
**Preferred Criteria -**
- Current Advanced First Aid and CPR Qualifications
- Any other relevant certificates
- Proof of Coronavirus Vaccination (unless otherwise exempt)
