This is your chance to join the team at the pumping LSKD cafe If you have barista experience, fabulous If you don't however are a quick learner and love a good caffeinated beverage plus people - we'd still like to hear from you. This is a CASUAL position - roughly 15 hours per week however based on business requirements, no set minimum guarantee and we'd love to be able to flex up with any additional hours through peak periods and events As much flexibility as possible is desired. You are a confident communicator that can work well under pressure in fast paced environments, but show initiative to complete other tasks with high attention to detail when the moment arises. Desirable skills and experience - Keen interest in coffee, beans and brewing or willingness to learn - Demonstrated ability to show high standard of customer service and hospitality - Ability to use or learn the use of a POS - Ability to be flexible and resilient in times of pressure Main duties and tasks - Be a positive contributor to the cafe team every time you attend your shift - Chase the vibe.
