**About the opportunity**:
As a Process Analyst, you will provide specialist expertise for the development, implementation and monitoring of program performance systems and reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for development of systems, processes, reports and dashboards to assist with analysis of complex data related to program and financial performance and input into reports for operational and program governance including reporting to the funding bodies.

**About you**:
You are looking to join an organisation that truly supports vulnerable Victorians and Tasmanians to improve their lives.
- Qualification in a relevant area e.g. Data Management, Systems Management, Financial Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics or Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in program and/or financial process analysis and reporting.
- Experience working in the community services sector (desirable).
- Demonstrated understanding of the design and development of performance and reporting tools and dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a large complex organisation manage performance obligations.
