**Work.**Are you an experienced leader with a passion for data management, reporting and analytics? Join Sunwater as our Data and Analytics Manager in the Information and Data Services team where you will lead data management, reporting and analytics across the organisation and drive the uplift of data capability within Sunwater. You will also:

- Mentor and guide decentralised reporting resources and uplift overall skill and knowledge within data management capability.
- Drive the implementation of the broader Sunwater Data Strategy and maintain overall buy-in from Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
- Manage and support the new Enterprise Data & Analytics platform including Master Data Management functionality, Data Quality Management, Data Lab and Power BI reporting products as delivered iteratively by the temporary project team.
- Deliver and assist in maintaining end-to-end management reporting across multiple business units and processes, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all analytical products.

We are seeking an experienced leader with 10+ years of Business Intelligence experience and extensive experience with Power BI, Power BI DAX functions and Azure. You will have a degree in IT, Business or related field and significant experience and success in leading the design and implementation of innovative Business Intelligence capability and services across a geographically dispersed business environment. In addition, you will have:

- **Strategic** **Vision** - ability to maintain and move rapidly and seamlessly between ‘big picture’ vision and detail/tactical level work plans.
- **Analytical** **Skills** - extensive experience with management information, navigational reports, analytical dashboards and ability to convert data to valuable insights.
- **Strong Leadership** **Skills** - demonstrated success in managing a similar Data / Analytics team as a Team Lead or Manager.
