**Your Role**:As the Lead Installer your role will be split between the office, time on site supervising and responsible for training your team. You will be:

- Overseeing projects to completion whilst ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
- Manage, lead & develop a team of our Installers and Subcontractors across sites.
- Plan & schedule installations with occasional help on site to manage and achieve project milestones.
- Conducting risk assessments and project evaluations, enforcing safety protocols and taking appropriate actions to prevent issues.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and guide the team to solutions.
- Uphold and enhance the quality of installations through regular inspections and adherence to industry best practices.
- Drive and maintain a safety-focused culture to achieve safety targets
- Work with the management team to ensure production targets are met & attend management meetings.

**About You**:
You will have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills. You will be an avid communicator and negotiator, demonstrated experience in managing projects end-to-end and have a sound level of mechanical exposure and competence.

You will have the following:

- A-Grade Electrical License, Construction White Card and Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
- Experience in Building or Construction Management _preferred_.
- Qualifications in Installations Management or Engineering _preferred_.
- Experience working with lifts is a plus
