**About the Team**

The Team you are joining is a high functioning and performing team amongst a leading NSW Government agency. A team of like-minded individuals who thrive to deliver outstanding work to help residents of NSW.

**About the Role**
- The Develop, implement, and evaluate effective communication and engagement strategies for diverse communities and key stakeholders in asset planning.
- Assist in managing communication and engagement requirements for projects, including collaboration with external agencies.
- Create tailored communication tools and materials for different audiences, such as web content, flyers, newsletters, videos, and social media content.
- Support the development and implementation of community and stakeholder engagement activities, such as forums, events, workshops, briefings, surveys, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with community engagement managers to report on community and stakeholder interests, assess program and project risks, and provide recommendations to senior executives for managing complex issues.
- Coordinate and deliver activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with community representatives, school staff, and departmental personnel to support successful communication and engagement programs.

**About You**
- Looking for 2 + years' experience
- Gov experience preferred but not necessary
