**About you**
As our
**_Education Research Administrator,_** you’ll call upon your demonstrated administration experience, as well as highly developed organisational skills for managing time, priorities and task completion for self and others. To thrive in this role you’ll have:

- well-developed communication and writing skills.
- well-developed interpersonal skills with team members, stakeholders, clients, or customers.
- enthusiasm for working in a team or autonomously on routine tasks.
- the ability to problem solve and improve processes.
- skills and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly, Excel, Word and Outlook.

**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the
**_Senior Education Researcher_**, you’ll provide administrative support for the Academic Post and Education Research Grants Programs. You will also contribute to and update operations manuals and procedures and provide logístical, administrative, and secretarial support to the Academic Post and ERG activities. In addition you’ll:

- support the annual grants rounds and selection processes
- coordinate event logistics, including booking travel, accommodation, venues and catering for research workshops and conferences
- contribute to program evaluations and milestone reports
- other duties as required
