Reporting to the General Manager - we’re looking for a talented and creative fashion profile - a marketing professional who has an innate passion and understanding of designer fashion and you will be digitally savvy, and think outside the box.
As the eCommerce & Marketing Manager, you will create and execute the marketing strategy for our client -ensuring KPI’s are met across key pillars of traditional, digital, e-commerce and PR. You will oversee and manage the marketing budget in line with the marketing calendar and utilise this to drive the best possible results with weekly and monthly reporting to executive leadership.
**Day to day will see you |**
- Create and execute the digital marketing strategy across all media channels with a strong understanding of our brand and unique proposition.
- Creation and editing of social ad content (E.g., Facebook posts, Meta ads)
- Create innovative content to manage and execute EDM and other campaigns via CRM
- Online projects and testing, product launches and ad campaigns
- Day to day management of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other social media and affiliate platforms
- Monitor paid advertising performance - identify trends, weakness and opportunities
- Creation of engaging and on brand marketing campaigns
- Ownership of the marketing calendar
- Manage digital media budgets and make sure digital marketing spend is profitable.
- Coordinate ad copy and briefs for new ads (imagery and video), and landing pages
- Briefing of creatives and ad campaigns to internal graphic designer
- Uploading and distributing assets and creatives
- Competitor & trend analysis, tracking and strategy
**To set you up for success we imagine you will bring |**
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role in eCommerce, Digital marketing, or marketing
- Experience in social media channel management, digital marketing, social media
- Suitable digital marketing qualification/skill-set in digital marketing strategy, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
- A flair for sales and marketing - prior experience with marketing communications and brand building.
- Applied performance marketing experience including experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Display.
- Strong technical knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to enhance site performance.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Illustrator is a bonus.
- Strong copy writing skills and proven success adopting and evolving a brand’s voice.
- Fantastic communicator and collaborator; able to achieve outcomes and results in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude and passion for all things digital, fashion marketing & advertising
