**The Role**

Reporting into the Head of Customer Resolution, the Product Owner role is a critical role that sits within the Customer Resolution team.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering rectification and remediation solutions to support the closure of risk incidents. You will do this by providing business expertise with a technical delivery understanding to support MLC Life Insurance through the end-to-end management of risk incidents.

You will work closely with a diverse group of stakeholders such as Incident Managers and various technology squads to define, develop and deliver solutions that meet regulatory / legal obligations, align to business owner expectations and deliver to incident closure timelines.

**About you**

You possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering outcomes in an agile product/project environment either as a Senior Business Analyst, or emerging Product Owner within financial services and/or life insurance sector.

Through your experience, you are well-versed in defining problem statements, in translating business and technical requirements into solutions and driving outcomes in a fast paced environment.

You possess the ability to build strong relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders across the business and technology world that will drive key decision making.
