**THE ROLE**:
Our client is seeking experienced Commercial Support Officers to support a Commonwealth Department’s high-profile projects. These positions have been classified as Level 2 and Level 3 positions under the panel arrangements.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- support procurement systems planning;
- support procurement plan drafting;
- support procurement strategy drafting;
- support commercial policy development;
- provide ad hoc support to the Commercial Branch as required and directed; and
- support the Commercial Branch in the development of procurement activities.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**:
Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and an understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules is essential.

An understanding of the ASDEFCON suite of tendering and contracting templates and experience working on high-profile Commonwealth Defence projects would be highly regarded.

A current NV1 security clearance is essential.
